How Can severe Abdominal Pain Along With Gastritis Be Treated?

I had severe pain in my abdomen. Dr saw some blockage and gas. Was given an enema and it went right away. He sent me for a Ct scan and they found some 6cm swollen lymph nodes on my lower aorta. Was told I prob have Lymphoma. The next day I woke up with severe chronic gout. Do you think the gout caused the swollen nodes?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Severe pain in abdomen which got relieved on enema means there were fecoliths that caused the problem.
since CT scan has shown a very large mass of 6 cm, this can in fact be due to lymphoma. Such a large lymph node can not be caused by gout.
I would advise you the following:
In such a case we need histopathology proof by guided FNAC or open biopsy. This alone can tell the exact diagnosis so that further management can be started properly. Medical field depends upon the facts and not on assumptions hence go for a definitive diagnosis as soon as possible.
